Deputising for the Head of ICT / CIO, representing ZVV in cantonal IT governance committees and sharing responsibility for IT financial control and budgeting. Continuing hands-on delivery of digital platforms, strategic projects and AI-enabled automation.

Technical platform ownership for zvv.ch: architecture coordination, hosting, releases and quality assurance. Contributions to SwissPass and NOVA integrations and CMS modernisation with Adobe Experience Manager. Vendor coordination, public procurement and workflow automation.
